Boutique Hotel Enkhuizen

General conditions

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations, stays, and services offered by Boutique Hotel Enkhuizen, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Reservations and Confirmation

  • 2.1. Reservations can be made through the website, by phone, or via email.
  • 2.2. After receiving your reservation request, you will receive a confirmation by email. The reservation is binding only after confirmation.
  • 2.3. Boutique Hotel Enkhuizen reserves the right to refuse reservations without providing a reason.

3. Cancellation and Modification

  • 3.1. Cancellation or modification of a reservation is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the planned arrival.
  • 3.2. For cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the first night’s rate will be charged.
  • 3.3. Different cancellation conditions may apply for group bookings (4 rooms or more).

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • 4.1. Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • 4.2. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • 4.3. Late check-out is possible upon request and may incur additional costs.

5. Payment

  • 5.1. Payment is due in advance or at check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
  • 5.2. Boutique Hotel Enkhuizen accepts cash payments, debit card payments, and most common credit cards.
  • 5.3. Any additional costs (such as minibar, damages, etc.) must be settled upon departure.

6. Liability

  • 6.1. Boutique Hotel Enkhuizen is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ property, unless gross negligence is involved.
  • 6.2. Guests are liable for damage caused to the hotel or its inventory due to their actions or negligence.

7. House Rules

  • 7.1. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the hotel. Violation will result in a fine of €250.
  • 7.2. Pets are not allowed, unless agreed upon in writing in advance.
  • 7.3. Disturbance and inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of the stay, without refund.

8. Privacy

Boutique Hotel Enkhuizen handles your personal data with care, as described in the privacy statement. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.

9. Force Majeure

Boutique Hotel Enkhuizen is not liable for shortcomings due to force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, government measures, or disruptions beyond the hotel’s control.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Noord-Holland district.
